About GGrippo:
Artist and designer GGrippo has been working in fashion, installation art and photography since the early 80's in Argentina. After working in Europe they moved to NYC and progressively produced several platforms to show their own work as well the work of creators from all over the world: Fashionlab, Firstop, nydesignroom.
GGrippo's art and design work has been shown across numerous design shows, galleries and museums in South America, the USA, Asia and Europe, including: Downtown Design, White Columns, PS1, Vienna's Museums Quartier, Museum of Latin American Art of BA, DrapArt and MOMA. Throughout many years they have collaborated with other contemporary artists and performers creating original costumes, installations and environments.
Their relationship with Tea and plant medicine has brought their practice close to elemental ways of altering fabrics in order to create artwork and fashion pieces.
