Intergenerational Tea in the Garden

Join TD Tso for an afternoon with tea Clifton Pl Memorial Garden and Park in Bed-stuy Brooklyn.

The intergenerational connections created by this particular garden has been honored in this community. TD will host a group of garden members, and their families, across age/backgrounds for a tea workshop, ceremony, and tasting for foster this community connection.

About the community garden:

Established in 1982, Clifton Pl Memorial Garden and Park is a community garden featuring fruit trees, private vegetable plots, flowers, herbs, and lawn space. The garden has long been stewarded by longtime Bed-stuy residents served as a green refuge for the neighborhood.

About TD TSo:

TD Tso is a writer, editor, cultural organizer, and community gardener based in Lenapehoking (Brooklyn), who leads composting efforts at two community gardens in Brooklyn
