About Renee Keitt:
Renee Keitt is a dynamic grower, seed saver, and master composter dedicated to fostering community through sustainable practices. As a Diversity Edible Farm Garden member, Lydia’s Magic Garden, La Finca del Sur, New Roots, and the Garden Manager of Kelly Street Garden, she actively creates spaces where knowledge and resources are shared. Renee also stewards Seeds to Soil, a rooftop garden at Prime Produce - The Guild for Good. A Farm School NYC graduate, Renee studies housing, community organizing, nonprofit leadership, and public policy at CUNY’s School of Labor and Urban Studies. Her work centers on the intersection of food, housing, nature, and the built environment. Renee joined the Tea Arts & Culture/GreenThumb NYC mentorship program in 2023.
