We believe that sharing the beauty and knowledge of tea can foster activism, interconnectedness, and mutual support.

Our Mentorship Program provides a platform for local youth to connect. We provide resources and support for mentees to engage locally through the avenue of tea. Mentees will focus on individual growth as well as community dialogue and engagement.

Our Mentorship Program has two parts:

Part I: Mentees have the opportunity to participate in interactive sessions to build a basic but enriching understanding of tea arts and cutlure and its intersections.

Part II: Mentees will be matched with a mentor in their field of interest to continue learning about tea and prepare to apply what they learn in their local community engagement.

We will provide continuous support after the mentorship program.

Please reach out here if you would like to be involved in the mentorship program as a mentor.

Many thanks to our community partner BSEC to be the space sponsor for our mentorship program.
